D*S*H 100% Handmade Hairfood is made of all natural plant based ingredients. Including Shae butter, Imported blackseed oil, coconut oil, castor oil, vitamins a, b, c and e. Naturally desiccated (dried) rose buds, karanja oil, wheat germ oil and essential oils. Each jar with a shelf life of 1.5 years after manufacturing date. Updates will be made on the site with every batch made.

Yes. D*S*H Hairfood can be applied to wet hair for curl definition, to manage frizzies and tame hair. You may also use before you blow dry hair used alone without any other products.

Yes. D*S*H Hairfood can be used everyday and will not cause major build up. Average recommended use is 3-4 days per week for maximum results. A little goes a long way.

No. If D*S*H Hairfood is applied to scalp and/or hair ends ALONE without any other products you will not get smoky residue left behind in the air.

No. Our products are wonderful for all textures not types. Our products are not recommended for oily hair types. We recommend use for normal to dry hair types.

Yes! What we love most is to have a little fun without a big mess to clean. Because the ingredients we use are all natural it makes it easier for glitter flakes to shampoo out and away from the hair. Some specs may still be left behind depending on how well hair is cleaned. The majority will be cleaned out in the first wash with our Shampoobars.

No. NO. No. NO. No chemicals ALLOWED. Our sanitizers contain alcohol but we do not add chemicals to any hair products.

Due to the fact the ingredients used are natural, with that comes a shelf life. Just like flowers fruits and many different produce and plant life, once picked, plucked, or maturation is reached the countdown begins. The more chemicals added to your products determines how it may negatively reflect on your hair, skin and body long term.

Summer months are rough on deliveries sometimes 😒. With this, our hairfood products do experience melting from time to time. We recommend two day shipping to avoid this issue as much as possible. That's what is recommended with the use of our cold packs. If melting occurs we suggest placing immediately in a cool place between 45-65 degrees to let harden. DO NOT FREEZE JARS!! 😣 You may also place in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes. Afterwards remove and store in a safe place not to exceed 75 degrees.
